Seeping Wound: usage?
Anyone find a use for this on a sin? I mean for elites, this one really pales in comparison to the rest of them, given that it is 4 CONDITIONAL degeneration at 16 critical strikes.
Not only is degeneration perfectly predictable, this one is one that is dependent on the hex AND condition not being removed...

I like Seeping Wound. I think when they created it that they expected Black Lotus Strike and Twisted Fangs. Shadow Prison is now a more convenient choice but Seeping Wound is good pressure.
Also, Black Spider Strike is a better option now that NF is out.

Hmm how about this....
14 in Dagger Mastery
13 in Critical Strike
The rest in Shadow Art
[skill]Seeping Wound[/skill][skill]Black Mantis Thrust[/skill][skill]Jungle Strike[/skill][skill]Twisting Fangs[/skill][skill]Black Lotus Strike[/skill][skill]Blades of Steel[/skill][skill]Feigned Neutrality[/skill]
Hex the foe, then Black Mantis Thrust to cripple him, follow by Jungle Strike, and Twisting Fangs.
Then Black Lotus Strike to regain some energy, and Blade of Steel to finish.

Seeping wound is the cheapest and fastest recharging hex around here. Additionally, it is in critical strikes, so you don't have to spread your attributes.
Other than that, it's garbage.
it would be a quite interesting starter hex, if only it wasn't elite.
But being elite, it prevents you from useing a lot more powerful other ones.

Something that would be funny is...
[skill]Apply Poison[/skill][skill]Seeping Wound[/skill][skill]Siphon Speed[/skill]
In Hb, I was killed by someone running this, it was rather funny. Snared me, then stacked lots of degen.
A/R he/she was, but the attribute spread must have been odd, critical strikes, wilderness survival and deadly arts for a few odd degen skills.
